We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Screed Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser screed equipment to ensure precise and efficient concrete placement on various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

• Operate the laser screed equipment to achieve accurate concrete leveling and finishing.
• Collaborate with the construction team to prepare job sites for concrete pouring.
• Ensure proper setup and calibration of laser screed machinery before use.
• Monitor the quality of concrete during placement and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

You will have:

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with laser screeds.
• Previous experience on construction sites with a strong understanding of commercial vehicle operations.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Experience in concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining focus on individual tasks.
