We are seeking an experienced and motivated working Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise crews on a variety of construction projects. The Foreman is responsible for organizing daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards, while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed.

- Permanent Full Time Location : Auckland
- Pay : $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Current Vacancies: 1 Position
- Working Hours Between : Monday to Saturday / 6am to 5pm
- Hours : 40 Hours Weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and motivate crew members on job sites.
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to meet project timelines.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain and track materials, equipment, and tools.
- Read and interpret plans, and project documents.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and corrective instruction as needed.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other employees regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Complete required documentation, such as incident reports, and progress updates.
- Assist hands-on with labor and construction tasks when required.
You will have:
A minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Site safe Be physically fit
You will need to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and you must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
