Easymoves ltd is a building removal company that has been operating for over 20 years out of West Auckland, We move buildings from houses to office buildings, new and old, from on site moves to nationwide although most of our work is around the Northland to Waikato regions with the odd trip further south. Our base is in Glen Eden and work starts there, travel from the yard to job is on the clock and in work vehicles. When staying out of town on moves meals and accomodation is provided.
We are looking to fill 1-2 of the following roles immediately:
Labourer: -fit, strong and ready to learn. -Car license is important both for getting to work but progressing your skills. -If you have a full car license you are eligible to drive some of our vehicles and train for a class 2 pilot license. -If you have some experience in house moving or piloting this is great also. -Pay varies from experience, skill and qualifications. -Pay $24-$30 an hour.
Right hand man / gear truck driver: -Needs experience in house moving. -Needs class 2 pilot license and ideally minimum class 2 truck license -Pay varies on experience but is generally $30-35 -Will also look at candidates with experience in other industries with applicable skills that have truck licenses.
Foreman or foreman in training: -Experience house moving. -Class 5 truck license. -Class 2 pilot license na bonus if class 1. -Happy to train further we already have foremans here and this is not to take over but to prepare for growth in the company and run another crew. -Pay anywhere from $35 to $50 an hour. company vehicle available for the right candidate.
All employment starts with a 3 month trial period. Pay is weekly Hours vary from week to week and day to day no fixed roster as each house move is different, Generally doing 50hours plus per week.
