What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of our road maintenance crew, you'll tackle a variety of essential tasks that keep Tauranga's infrastructure running seamlessly:

• Perform ongoing pothole repairs and surface patching to ensure safe and reliable roadways.
• Handle drainage maintenance, including cesspit cleaning and repairs, to prevent disruptions.
• Conduct litter collection and general site upkeep for clean, professional standards.
• Assist with occasional construction activities, such as road pavement stabilisation, pavement construction, and paving.
• Set up and manage traffic control for our sites, prioritising safety every step of the way.

Who We're Looking For: We value experience but prioritise potential and positivity. Here's what we're seeking:

• Preferred: Background in road maintenance or civil works.
• Desirable: WTR endorsement and a Class 2 (or higher) driver's license.
• Essential: Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Bonus: We're especially open to motivated younger candidates eager to learn - no license required if you've got the drive and enthusiasm to grow with us.
