The Opportunity
We’re locking in reliable civil labourers now for work starting in 2026 as part of a confirmed pipeline of projects. This is a hands-on role with consistent hours, solid leadership, and no guesswork about job security. If you want steady work, a supportive crew, and a company that plans ahead, this is worth a look.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with civil construction and infrastructure works
- General labouring, site prep, and clean-up
- Working alongside machine operators and supervisors
- Following health & safety procedures on active sites
- Contributing to projects that you can actually point to with pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Civil labouring or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable transport to get to site
- Ability to work as part of a team Bonus if you have:
- Class 1 / 2 licence
- WTR endorsements
- Site Safe / ConstructSafe (Let us know what you’ve got — we value experience, not just tickets)
