Description
HEB Construction is looking for motivated Asphalt Labourers to join our Christchurch surfacing crew. You’ll be part of a hardworking team delivering high-quality asphalt paving projects throughout the region.

What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a close-knit team to complete asphalt paving and surfacing tasks.
- Assist with site preparation, laying asphalt, and operating tools and machinery.
- Ensure safety standards are met and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Support the crew in achieving project deadlines and quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in asphalt or civil construction is an advantage, but not essential.
- A strong team player with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing project needs.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
