Concrete Obsession is a growing fast in the high-end architectural space, and we’re on the hunt for a solid Team Leader who takes pride in their craft and wants to step up, not just show up.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a crew on high-end, architecturally designed concrete projects
- Working side-by-side with our Ops Manager, Niall
- Setting the standard on site for workmanship, detail, and pride in the finish
- Helping take pressure off operations as we scale
What we need from you:
- Minimum 5+ years in architectural concrete (you know your stuff)
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong communication — no hiding problems, we solve them
- High work ethic and high standards
- Someone who gives a damn about the final product
