THE GIG: Are you an experienced Civil Worker that has a Full Class 1 as a minimum, WTR and are looking for more hours in Diggers, Loaders and Rollers?

We are currently on the hunt for two intermediate Civil Workers to work within a newly formed crew based in Kaiapoi, where you will be doing Subdivision prep work, with a variety of daily tasks from plate compaction, boxing, working as a spotter and at times getting in Loaders and Diggers to do bulk digouts with training opportunities to upskill.

As these positions will be forming a new crew, the need for reliability and a willingness to work and get on with others is paramount. Work will leave from Kaiapoi each day, with reliable transport required.

Work will be 630am-5pm although at times there might be earlier starts during the summer months, with a later start time as we head towards winter. Ideally, this position will suit the next generation of Civil Operators that need those hours in the seat, but can't seem to get it in their current roles with this client willing to go against the grain and train good people that have good attitudes.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF: If you have the experience we're looking for and are ready to jump in to a tight team and put in the mahi - we want to hear from you! You will be successful if the following sounds like you:

• You can pass a drug screen
• Physically fit, with a willingness to labour
• Hold hours working on Civil Construction sites - Roading/Drainage/Concrete, etc
• Full Class1 License
• Have your own reliable transport
• Be Health and Safety conscious
• Present well and understand you're representing the client on the day
