We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and values safety and teamwork, with a position available in Rolleston.

About the Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will assist in the delivery of civil construction projects, including:
- Earthworks and site preparation
- Utility installation
- Roading and Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support machine operators and tradespeople as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in civil construction or a willingness to learn
- A proactive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- WTR endorsements and Class 2 licence (preferred but not essential)
- Commitment to safety and quality
