Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced contract builder to support our South Island factory operations, constructing portable cabins on behalf of our national franchise network.
This role would be well suited to an experienced tradesperson looking for flexible and ongoing work without the pressures of customer acquisition or quoting.
The Role Working from our South Island factory, you will be responsible for:
*Constructing cabins on an as required basis
*Managing and coordinating contractors on the Franchisor’s behalf, including: Painter Electrician Carpet layer Electrical Inspector
*Ensuring cabins are completed to a high standard and in line with agreed specifications
*Liaising with the Franchisor team to schedule work and manage workflow
