We're seeking experienced Concrete Placers and Finishers to join a respected civil construction crew working on projects across the region. If you've got the skills in placing, finishing, and formwork setup and want to work with a company that values safety, quality, and team culture, we want to hear from you!
As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Placing, compacting, and finishing concrete to the required specifications
- Spreading, screeding, and levelling surfaces for a clean and consistent finish
- Concrete repairs to ensure durability and a high-quality finish
- Working with a range of mixes, including high-strength and specialty concretes
- Setting up and adjusting formwork for correct alignment and shape
- Performing slump and consistency checks to ensure quality
- Following all health and safety protocols and wearing correct PPE

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in concrete placing, finishing, and formwork setup
- Strong understanding of concrete mixes, curing processes, and compaction techniques
- Ability to read plans and specifications for accurate concrete placement
- A proactive team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to worksite safety and proper tool handling
