The RoleOur client is seeking a reliable and hands-on General Labourer to join their civil construction team in Marton. You'll be working alongside the Foreman to support local infrastructure projects, performing general labouring duties, spotting, and assisting on-site. This is a practical, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with civil site set-ups, pack-downs, and general site operations
- Support the Foreman with machinery and equipment operations
- Perform physical labour tasks on-site to help projects run smoothly
- Potentially operate WTR machinery if qualified
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Flexibility for occasional project-based adjustments
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
- Confident with general civil construction tasks
- WTR endorsement and Class 2+ licences advantageous, but not essential
- Experience with heavy machinery (diggers, rollers) is a bonus
