Labourer

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our growing team delivering high-quality landscape construction and civil projects across Taranaki. We specialise in retaining walls, fencing, concreting, decking and ground stabilisation works for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on role supporting our crews across a variety of projects. Duties may include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Assisting with concreting, fencing, retaining walls, and decking
• Operating hand and power tools
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Full driver licence preferred
• Construction experience is an advantage, but not essential

This role would suit a young person looking to start a career in landscape construction or outdoor trades. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside skilled and experienced team members across a wide range of projects, with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
