The Role We are on the lookout for an Aluminium Joinery Installer to join our Hamilton team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work under the guidance of a Lead Installer to deliver high-quality window and door installations across residential sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install aluminium windows and doors to NZWindows’ high standards.
- Read and interpret plans, site measures, and technical documents.
- Work efficiently under the supervision of a Lead Installer.
- Maintain clear communication with builders and internal teams.
- Follow all site health and safety protocols.

- Motivated to learn

- Able to accurately interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Positive, reliable, and a team player.
- Full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence.
- Physically fit – able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items safely.
