Description
We are seeking full-time Frame and Truss Fabricators to join our production team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the manufacture and assembly of high-quality building products in a fast-paced factory environment.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm Optional Saturday work available when required
About the Role Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the production and assembly of frames and trusses to meet strict quality standards
- Operating machinery and tools required for the manufacturing process, including nail guns
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Working closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Following all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (assembly or process work preferred but not essential)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using machinery and hand tools
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- A positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (start times are not compatible with bus timetables)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
