Position Overview
We’re looking for Skilled Labourers to support our three waters and drilling crews. You’ll work hands-on across a range of civil projects – from trenching and pipe installation to supporting trenchless operations. It’s physical, rewarding work, and you’ll be part of a close-knit crew that takes pride in the results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and maintenance of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
- Support drilling and trenchless operations
- Contribute to site setup, ground prep, and reinstatement
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work alongside experienced operators and foremen to deliver high-quality results
- Follow health and safety procedures and look out for your team
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in civil construction, ideally in water, drainage, or utilities work
- Full NZ Class 1 manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Class 2 and WTR endorsements an advantage
- Sound understanding of on-site health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
