We’re looking for reliable Civil Construction Labourers to join our team on local projects across the Kāpiti Coast and Horowhenua regions. This is hands-on outdoor work with a solid crew, steady hours, and opportunities to build a career in civil construction. You’ll be assisting with a range of civil works including roading, drainage, infrastructure, and site preparation, working alongside machine operators and site supervisors. What You’ll Need: ● Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence ● Previous civil or construction experience preferred but not essential ● Reliable transport to and from site ● Strong work ethic and positive attitude ● Good understanding of health and safety on site ● Ability to carry out physical work in an outdoor environment ● Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
