Description
We’re seeking a qualified and experienced roofer to join our client’s team and lead a crew of 3–6 skilled tradespeople. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential projects while showcasing your leadership and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience as a roofer
- Demonstrated leadership in managing small teams
- Current Site Safe, Working at Heights Advanced Cert, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
What’s on Offer:
- $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
- Temp-to-permanent opportunity
