We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Operator to join a highly respected civil construction company delivering major infrastructure and earthworks projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery across civil and infrastructure projects
• Carry out earthworks including site cuts, bulk fills, and land shaping
• Use GPS machine control systems for accurate and efficient work
• Support site crews to deliver safe, high-quality project outcomes
• Maintain machinery and follow all site health & safety procedures

About you:

• 10+ years’ experience in civil construction
• Strong background in heavy civil operations and earthworks
• Confident using GPS machine control systems
• Proven experience with cuts, fills, and site shaping
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
