Hick Bros Civil Construction is hiring! We’re looking for experienced machine operators/labourers to join our Auckland based team as we kick off projects across South Auckland, as well as North & West Auckland.
We’re looking for operators skilled in:
- Excavator (GPS experience a bonus)
- Bulldozer
- Moxy / ADT
- Scraper
- Compactor
Requirements:
- Hours: Mon–Fri (12 hrs) + every Sat (6–7 hrs)
- Class 1 Licence (full with RTW preferred)
- Own transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Hold valid NZ work rights
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
You’ll Need to Be:
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Physically fit, happy working outdoors in all weather
- Safety-conscious and a team player
- Able to work unsupervised with a positive attitude
- Drug-free, dependable, and committed to high standards
