We're on the lookout for experienced Digger / Excavator Operators across Auckland who are ready to get stuck into some of the region's most exciting upcoming civil projects. If you're confident on the sticks and enjoy working on quality sites with a crew that genuinely values you, this is the role for you.
About the Role: You'll be operating excavators across a variety of civil projects, including:
- Drainage installs
- Earthworks and site prep
- Roading and infrastructure works
There may also be opportunities to jump on other machinery, such as dump trucks, rollers, or compactors, depending on experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years' experience operating excavators in civil construction
- WTR endorsement and Class 1 or 2 licence (higher licences are a bonus)
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Reliable, motivated, and able to hit the ground running
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- A genuine drive to progress your civil career
