Description
We’re looking for an experienced Digger Operator / Drainlayer to join our site preparation team for a private project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in earthworks, site preparation, pipe laying, and operating heavy machinery, with the ability to work efficiently and troubleshoot on the go.

What We Need:
- Competency in operating diggers, loaders and other heavy machinery
- Proven experience in drain laying - experience with irrigation would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience with demolition and dismantling
- Strong understanding of earthworks, site prep, and drainage systems
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and solve problems on-site
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Relevant tickets/certifications preferred but not essential
