Te Aratika Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a capable and committed Field Operative (Class 2-4) to join our civil infrastructure team. This role is ideal for people who are passionate about contributing to meaningful projects that serve whānau and communities, and who thrive in a values-driven, collaborative environment.
As a Field Operative, you will support the delivery of underground utility services, working alongside experienced teams to uphold safety, quality, and operational excellence. Whether you're building your career or bringing years of experience, we welcome applicants who are ready to grow, lead, and contribute to our kaupapa.
What We’re Looking For
Full Class 2 licence (required) Class 4 and/or W,T,R (advantageous) Experience in civil infrastructure (preferred) Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards Team-focused with integrity and a positive attitude STMS/TTM certifications (advantageous)
