Experienced Digger Operator – Earthmoving
About the Role
You’ll be operating excavators across a variety of projects including:
Subdivisions and civil works
House sites and foundations
Trenching, drainage, and services
Final trim and detail work
We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take pride in their work, and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience operating excavators (5–13 ton preferred)
Ability to read plans and set out work accurately
Strong understanding of health & safety on site
Reliable, motivated, and takes ownership of jobs
Good communication skills and team attitude
WTR endorsements preferred
