About the roles
We're recruiting experienced heavy machine operators and labourers for major civil projects across Canterbury. You'll support earthworks, roading, drainage, and large-scale infrastructure with well-organised crews and strong site leadership.
Available roles:
- Piling Operators
- Excavator Operators
- Motor Scraper Operators
- Grader Operators
- Labourers (Class 1 - 4 + W, T, R)

Duties
- Operate plant safely & efficiently
- Complete earthworks & trenching
- Assist with site prep & spotting
- Maintain tools, equipment & work areas
- Follow site rules, policies & pre-start processes
Skills & experience
- Civil operating experience
- Class 1 - 4 licence (for labourers)
- W, T, R endorsements
- Dogmen experience (for piling operator)
- High safety & quality standards
- Team player with proactive attitude
