EQUIP Recruitment are seeking experienced Civil Machine Operators to support a range of earthworks and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role suited to operators who take pride in their work, are safety focused and can adapt across different site requirements.
You'll be working across multiple civil sites, operating machinery while also supporting the crew where needed to keep projects running smoothly. Variety, solid hours and long-term potential are all on offer for the right people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating machinery across bulk earthworks, site works and drainage
- Supporting site activities and assisting with labouring when required
- Reading and working from site plans and instructions
- Working closely with supervisors and crew to meet project timelines
- Maintaining safe work practices at all times
What We're Looking For
- WTR endorsement (required)
- Class 2 or Class 4 licence (advantageous)
- Proven experience operating in civil environments
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Reliable, punctual and committed to regular weekday work (some Saturdays may apply)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable transport to and from site
- A strong focus on health, safety and quality workmanship
