Truck & Digger Driver - Full Time | Christchurch

Are you an experienced excavator operator with a strong work ethic and a passion for residential construction? Dig & Dump Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled, hands-on team player to join our tight-knitted team across residential sites throughout Christchurch.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position (40 hours) with a focus on:

• House foundation groundworks and site preparation
• Driveway excavation and prep
• Landscaping and earthmoving for residential builds
• Operating a range of machinery including diggers (1.7T to 20T), trucks and loaders
• Assisting on-site where needed - not afraid to jump in and help the team
• Working closely with a supportive Site Foreman and crew
• PPE provided + ongoing training and career development.

About You:

We're after someone who's not only skilled behind the controls but is also keen to much in and get the job done right. You'll bring:

• Experience with residential groundworks including foundations, driveways or landscaping
• Confidence operating excavators and other machinery
• Full Class 4 licence
• WTR Endorsements
• Good communication and a strong Health & Safety mindset
• A positive, problem-solving attitude - always looking for the best way to deliver quality of work
