Description
We are looking for a skilled Operator to join our project team in the Waikato.
What you will do
You will work alongside our Project Manager and site team to complete multiple building demos across a large scale site. We require someone who is highly skilled and motivated to produce the best quality of work possible utilizing a range of excavator sizes.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience operating an Excavator with a variety of attachments
- Previous experience in excavation work across both civil and demolition projects
- Current WTR licence
- Able to lead, motivate and direct a small team on site as required
- Versatile and able to perform a wide range of tasks
- Commitment to delivering high quality products and services
- Able to complete basic maintenance and care for equipment
- Commitment and engagement in Health and Safety practices in the workplace
- Methodical and organised in your approach to work
- High attention to detail
- A keen team player who is reliable and highly motivated
- Proven strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks autonomously
