We are seeking an experienced Civil Drainage Foreman to lead crews across drainage, sewer and water infrastructure projects throughout the Wellington region. This is a hands-on role, leading from the front on site.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Leading Hand in civil drainage
- Strong background in stormwater, sewer, still water works and services
- Experience supervising crews and coordinating site activities
- Full Class 2 licence minimum with WTR (Class 4 advantageous)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Competent with Health & Safety procedures and site compliance

- Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required
- Confident running crews and setting daily tasks
- Take pride in quality workmanship and team performance
- High personal standards and strong work ethic
- Drug-free (pre-employment, reasonable cause, post-incident and random testing)
