Builder

Jannov Limited is seeking two skilled and reliable Builders to join our team. Based in Auckland, Jannov Limited undertakes a range of residential and light commercial construction projects and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and professional building services. This is a full-time, permanent role with a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 40 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is $30.00, depending on skills and work experience.

The ideal candidates will have at least three years of relevant work experience or a relevant qualification in architecture, construction, building, or a related field. Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on construction sites are essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to health and safety standards are required.

• Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant building or construction work experience, OR
• A relevant qualification in architecture, construction, building, or a related field
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Responsibilities:

• Constructing, installing, and repairing building structures and fixtures
• Reading and interpreting building plans, drawings, and specifications
• Carrying out framing, formwork, cladding, and general carpentry work
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials accurately
• Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite
• Assisting with other construction tasks as required
