About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Builders/Labourers/Hammerhands to join our team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role supporting various construction activities across residential/commercial/industrial projects. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team to help ensure smooth site operations and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building works from ground up
• General site clean-up and preparation
• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors as required
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Operating hand and power tools
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or general labouring
• Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Own transport (although car pooling is available for works outside of the immediate Tauranga area)
• Ability to travel in the wider Bay of Plenty area.
