Concrete Batcher / Dispatcher

ACL is a leading civil contracting company with 150+ staff and a reputation for getting the job done right. We’re growing—and we need a sharp, reliable Concrete Batcher / Dispatcher to keep our operations running at full pace.

This is not a sit-back job. It’s busy, hands-on, and critical to daily operations. If you thrive under pressure and like being in control of moving parts, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking and managing customer orders
• Scheduling and coordinating concrete deliveries
• Operating batching systems with accuracy
• Directing drivers and keeping jobs on track
• Managing truck maintenance and downtime
• Monitoring stock and keeping materials flowing
