About the Role
You will be involved in all aspects of precast concrete production, including mould preparation, reinforcing placement, casting, finishing, and general workshop duties. This is a hands‑on, physically active job where attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical and construction drawings
- Build, assemble, and prepare moulds and formwork
- Place reinforcing steel and components as per specifications
- Carry out concrete pours and finishing to a high standard
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with general production duties as required
About You
- Proven experience in precast concrete, fabrication, engineering, welding, or fitting
- Ability to confidently read and understand detailed drawings
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and safety‑focused
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
