Position 1: Experienced Concrete Placers

Location: Taupō

About the Role:

You’ll be working across a variety of commercial and residential concrete projects, including:

• Concrete placing, finishing, and prep work
• Working alongside pump operators and site crews
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards on site

What We’re Looking For:

• Digger Operator Experience preferred
• Class 2 and 4 Licenses preferred
• Proven experience as a concrete placer
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Site Safe preferred (not essential)

Position 2: Experienced Pump Manager / Pump Operator – Boom & Line Pump

Location: Taupō

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role managing and operating concrete pumping operations across multiple sites. You’ll coordinate closely with placing crews and site supervisors to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality pours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and coordinate daily concrete pumping operations
• Operate boom and/or line pumps safely and efficiently
• Plan pours and manage job scheduling with site teams
• Set up, operate, and clean pumping equipment
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
• Represent MCP professionally on site

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating concrete pumps (boom and/or line)
• Experience leading or coordinating pumping operations (preferred)
• Relevant tickets/license's or willingness to obtain
• Strong understanding of site safety and logistics
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Class 2 and 4 license essential
