Crew Leader – Experienced Concrete Placing

About the Role MCP 2016 Ltd is is looking for experienced Concrete Crew Leaders who can run jobs from start to finish. If you can read plans, set out work, lead a small team, and keep jobs moving efficiently, we want you on board.

The Work *Managing concrete works across residential and commercial projects *Slabs, driveways, footings, patios, footpaths, and more *Exposed and coloured finishes *Hardstands, warehouse/retail floors *Dairy infrastructure including feed pads, yards, and silage pads *Overseeing boxing, prep, placing, and finishing *Leading small crews (typically 2–3 workers)

Who We’re Really Looking For *Proven ability to run concrete jobs independently *Strong skills in reading plans, set out, and levels *Leadership experience managing small crews *Keeps jobs organised, efficient, and on schedule *High standards of workmanship and attention to detail *Full driver’s licence (WTR, Class 2 or 4 a bonus)
