Description Lime Works is a small(ish) firm specialising in Heritage Restoration. We work on high profile projects for Government, Council, Church and private clients.
This role requires an organised, responsible person with good communication skills. You will be tasked with coordinating day-to-day site activities, supporting programme delivery, maintaining health & safety compliance and ensuring clear communication between site staff, subcontractors, consultants, and the Project Management team.
An understanding of Heritage methods is not essential but a construction background is a must.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage daily site operations across multiple projects · Ensure sites are kept clean, safe, and well organised · Assist with managing site facilities, equipment, resources and materials · Monitor site inventory and coordinate repairs or maintenance as required · Ensure site activities comply with NZ building regulations and company policies · Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections and risk assessments · Support compliance with our environmental and H&S policies and the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 · Prepare and submit site progress and activity reports · Communicate site updates, instructions, and policies clearly to site staff · Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients · Respond to site and client queries in a professional and timely manner

· Sound understanding of NZ construction, and maintenance, methods and processes · Strong organisational and multitasking skills · Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written · Strong Health & Safety awareness · Ability to work effectively both on-site and alongside the office team · Detail oriented, reliable and proactive
