Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety on-site.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to project managers.
- Managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Resolving any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintaining quality standards and ensuring all work meets project specifications.

Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A diploma in Construction Management or a minimum of one year of recent relevant experience in a similar field. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong planning and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and team members.
