Project Manager

The James Pascoe Group is one of New Zealand's most iconic retail groups, with brands loved across the country. We’re modernising our IT capability and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO and help deliver IT and business transformation initiatives across the business. What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and business transformation projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Deliver business analysis for projects, managing requirements, processes, and acting as the link between business and technical teams
• Apply PMO governance and best-practice project management methodologies
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams
• Provide clear reporting and actively manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools, systems and processes What you’ll bring
• Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
• Proven delivery experience in large or complex organisations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
