Project Manager

Team 4 Management & Consultants is seeking an experienced and driven Project Managerto join our growing consultancy team. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse construction projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor project scope, programme, cost, and quality
• Administer contracts and manage project risks
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand construction standards and regulations
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of NZ construction practices and contract administration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
