Team 4 Management & Consultants is seeking an experienced and driven Project Managerto join our growing consultancy team. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse construction projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor project scope, programme, cost, and quality
- Administer contracts and manage project risks
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand construction standards and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of NZ construction practices and contract administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must hold a valid New Zealand work visa
- Open to Post Study Work Visa holders and New Zealand Residents only
