You’ll lead project teams and subcontractors, manage delivery from planning through to completion, and help drive the long-term success and profitability of the business. We’re looking for apractical,people-focused leaderwho puts safety first, communicates effectively, and keeps projects moving. What you’ll be doing

• Leading the safe and successful delivery of civil construction projects
• Managing project teams, subcontractors, materials, plant, and programme planning
• Overseeing contract administration, performance, quality, and compliance What we’re looking for
• Relevant engineering qualification or significant industry experience
• Around 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading teams and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and a can-do attitude
• A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Clear communication skills and a practical, team-first approach.
