Their team works hard, treats each other with respect, and knows how to have fun while celebrating their successes.Their office is based in South Auckland however projects span across the wider Auckland and Waikato regions so being able to prioritise your time between being in the office and collaborating with the wider team whilst also being visible to your site teams is a must. Job Description:As an experienced and driven Project Manager you will have a proven track record in managing multiple civil drainage & services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and programmes of work with timelines and budgets that align with client expectations
- Manage all financial and commercial aspects of multiple projects
- Establish and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Organise all resources for site including equipment, materials and labour
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Have quality front of mind at all times
- Provide leadership and support to project and site teams
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders
- Work with the Senior management team in various stages of tenders
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the civil construction industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Projects & Excel
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in the civil industry
- Professional oral & written communication skills
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or another relevant field
