Project Manager – Architectural & Commercial (Windows & Façades) Location: Auckland We're not just a supplier; we are a key partner in creating New Zealand's most ambitious architectural projects. We are looking for a commercially-minded and highly organized Project Manager to join our high-performing team, taking full ownership of projects for our top-tier construction and architectural clients.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role where your ability to manage deadlines, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive projects to profitable completion will have a direct impact on our success. The Opportunity:

You will be the central point of command for a portfolio of architectural projects. Your mission is to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a standard that exceeds our clients' expectations. This requires a unique blend of on-site practicality, commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship management. Your Key Responsibilities will Include:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: From leading successful tenders and conducting site measures to managing installation and final handover.
• Commercial Management: Maximising project profitability through meticulous cost control, strategic procurement, and diligent management of variations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary contact for clients, architects, and contractors, building relationships that foster repeat business.
• Internal Collaboration: Working seamlessly with our estimating, factory, and installation teams to ensure smooth and accurate project flow. What You Will Bring to the Role:
• A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within the commercial construction sector is essential.
• Exceptional skills in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
• A proven track record of managing project budgets, timelines, and client relationships successfully.
• An action-oriented personality; you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative leadership style combined with a sharp focus on achieving deadlines and results.
• Experience with project management platforms like Aconex or Procore is highly desirable. Experience in the window/façade industry is a bonus but not essential.
