About the Role: We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to support our Project Managers and operations team across multiple civil and utilities projects. This role is key to ensuring our projects are set up correctly from day one and remain compliant, commercially controlled, and well-documented throughout delivery. You’ll be responsible for contract administration, subcontractor management, QA tracking, variations, tender support, and project documentation — working closely with both site and office teams to keep projects running smoothly.

  • Contract Administration, review contracts and track obligations, key dates, and deliverables, maintain registers.

  • General Administration

About You: You’re an experienced Contract Administrator within civil, construction, or utilities who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You’re highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing documentation and contract processes across multiple projects. You bring strong communication skills and work well with both site teams and office staff. You take pride in accuracy, meeting deadlines, and ensuring projects remain compliant and commercially controlled.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in Contract Administration within civil construction or utilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract management.
  • Excellent document control and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
