They are looking for a skilled Project Engineer eager to progress into a Project Managers role in the near future with mentoring and support provided to make the transition.

Some of your day to day tasks will include:

• Assist in project management of works under your control, project documentation, budget resource management
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and local authorities
• Provide support to investigate, negotiate and secure new work
• Preparation of tenders including price estimation and associated non price attributes
• Take off quantities for tendered and design build or lump sum works
• Input into contractor initiated alternative designs or contractor designed works
• Provide field set out and testing as required by contract works
• Monitor project progress including work in progress and cost to complete and provide corrective action where necessary
• Assist in providing month end financials for claims, support the project manager
