Description
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team with an in-depth knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing industry. This position is responsible for the delivery of the company’s projects in New Zealand, while working closely with the contracts manager. This role assumes responsibility for the overall success of delivering projects by setting targets, supervising, and ensuring they are attained.

- At least 5 years project management experience in the relevant industry.
Duties include:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation's internal capacity.
- High level of financial management and understanding of projects to provide accurate and timely project status reporting.
- Keep track of staffing requirements, communicate new employee requirements as needed.
- Ensure operational documentation is accurate maintained throughout the project, through to O&M and final delivery documentation.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Communicate legal and safety requirements to make sure activities remain compliant.
- Any other duties as appointed by senior management.
