Role Overview: We’re seeking a versatile Project Manager / Estimator to oversee civil construction projects from estimating through completion. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance field coordination, cost management, and client communication in a small-team environment.
Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals. Manage projects from start to finish — scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety and compliance. Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
