About the Role We're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a range of civil construction projects. You'll be responsible for planning, resourcing, coordinating, financial oversight, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and an internal team of foremen, operators, and labourers. You'll drive project performance, oversee quality and compliance, and foster a positive and productive team culture onsite.

Experience & Skills Required
- 5+ years' experience in civil project management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of NZ civil construction processes, standards, and industry legislation
- Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Competent in project planning, documentation, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience leading onsite teams and fostering a strong safety culture
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full New Zealand Driver's License
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred)
