New Vision Group includes Nelson’s premier Landscape Design and Construction, and Pool installation businesses – New Vision Landscapes, NV Design and NV Pools, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Operations Coordinator – Full Time.
This key role works with the Commercial Manager coordinating a variety of daily project and site tasks including:
- pricing tenders and preparing quotes
- monitoring project costs and budgets
- procuring and allocating project resources
- attending site meetings with Clients and Landscape Architects
- creating and maintaining accurate project documentation
- communicating with key project team members including NV Design, Contractors and Clients
- assisting NV Pools with their site logistics
- overseeing maintenance contracts and scheduling.
Working closely with a wide range of people, this pivotal role suits a confident and proactive communicator who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong MS Office skills are required, and while experience in the contracting industry would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

The Operations Coordinator reports to the Commercial Manager working closely with the Business Manager, Design and Sales Manager, and Landscape Architect. Working hours are between 40 – 42.5 hours per week, from 7.00am Monday to Friday and based at our office in Richmond.
