The Role : As a Project Manager, you will be the primary lead for planning and delivering diverse civil construction projects .
Your mission , ( if you choose to accept ) will include :
- Leading Teams: Providing coaching, mentorship, and clear direction to project engineers and site supervisors
- Strategic Planning: Developing construction methodologies, resourcing plans, and comprehensive project schedules
- Operational Excellence: Managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring all works meet technical and safety standards
- Risk Management: Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient delivery
What You Bring : Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and handle complex, shifting priorities Discipline: A strong work ethic, personal accountability, and a "safety first" mentality Technical Aptitude: A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management OR relevant industry experience Communication: The ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
