Project Manager

ConsultANZis seeking aProject Managerto join our client’s team, known for delivering projects ranging from small to large scale. This role will be based in the Pacific Islands and will involve managing and overseeing civil and water infrastructure projects. Main Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver civil and water infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor engineers, site managers, and contract administrators.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide clear reports and updates to senior management.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance. Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in civil or water infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in remote locations.
• Solid understanding of project controls, contract administration, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work overseas for extended periods.
• AU or NZ citizenship (visa support available). Benefits:
• Salary $140k–$190k base + car + housing/utility allowance + medical insurance + travel allowance.
